Solid Kiss SLU (Andorra) originated in 2022 by rebranding the Latvian company Yagni IK. The renaming reflects a strategic evolution in architectural philosophy. While the predecessor was conceived as a lean, short-term entity named after the software principle YAGNI ("You Aren't Gonna Need It"), the transition to Solid Kiss demonstrates a permanent commitment to long-term software design maturity, combining the structural integrity of SOLID design principles with the pragmatic efficiency of the KISS ("Keep It Simple, Stupid") methodology.
